Contest Instructions

Ticket Purchase

Select and purchase the tickets you wish to buy above.
Checkout using your preferred method of payment.
You will receive a receipt (this is your proof of ticket purchase).
H3O will receive a purchase invoice with your name and number of tickets purchased.
Your will be assigned the next sequential ticket number for the number of tickets purchased.
Ticket Roster will be updated and maintained by a member of the H3O team.

Raffle DrawING

Raffle drawing will be conducted once all tickets have been sold and all payments have been verified.
Raffle drawing date will be announced at the top of this page and on our Facebook page. We'll also live stream whenever possible as well through the Warrior Healing Center Facebook page.
Raffle will be conducted using a Random Number Generator and we will invite a guest (Non-H3O Board) to stop the generator at a random time to select the winning number.
The winning number and two alternates will be selected (Alternates will be used in the event that a specific raffle prize cannot be claimed by the original winner, within 30 days of the drawing, following the guidelines outlined for each raffle event.)

Delivery of Prize

The winner will be notified by H3O and arrangements made for them to claim the prize. Alternate winners will be used when necessary and the original winner is not able to claim the prize under outlined rules.
